OXY-FAR Injection

Composition Each ml contains Oxytetracycline 50mg Indications Oxy-Far Injectable Solution is used for the treatment of respiratory and urinary system infections and also for the treatment of secondary bacterial infections of the viral diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease. It is also used for pasteurellosis, joint and umbilical cord infections, foot infections and for protection from transportation stress in target species. Dosage & Administration Pharmacological Dose In cattle, camels, sheep, goats: It is administered at a dose of 10 mg / kg bodyweight / day via intramuscular and subcutaneous route. Practical Dose Practical dose is 2 ml / 10 kg bodyweight / day for cattle, camels, sheep, goats. Presentation 10ml, 50ml & 100ml vials Precautions It must not be administered more than 20 ml to cattle and camels and more than 5 ml to calves, goats and sheep per injection site. Withdrawal time for meat is 28 days and for milk is 7 days.
